Within 14 days of the end of the quarter during the Operating Period to whichit relates (the "Relevant Quarter"), a quarterly report, in a form to be agreed.2. Within 28 days of the end of each Contract Year to which it relates (the"Relevant Year"), in a form to be agreed.3.
