5.8.5 EVENT-PRESETSVR-1650E/1640A/950EUser ManualThis function allows each Speed Dome Camera wired to the DVR for quick setup of event detection andpositioning to the initial location allocated per each event such as sensor input or motion detection.SENSOR PRESET: Determine a preset number of each specific event sensor. When the presetsensor detects input signal, determine a PRESET number of each channel to commandPRESET MOVE.MD PRESET: Determine a preset number of each specific sensor of MD event. When thepreset channel tracks MD event, determine a PRESET number of channel to commandPRESET MOVE.5- The system ignores repeated events detected in a channel within the timeinterval designated in the ‘LEAST HALT TIME’ zone of submenu ‘EVENT’ of‘EVENT CONFIGURATION’ menu.- In case that the Speed Dome Camera receives consecutive PRESET MOVEcommands issued by events with short time interval, delay of MOVEcommand execution or command cancellation can happen owing to reactionspeed limitation of the camera.- SPD Model: The system will cancel any new PRESET MOVE command duringexecution of previous PRESET MOVE command, i.e. , the system executes anynew PZT command only after the completion of ongoing MOVE command.- It is recommended not use PRESET MOVE function of ‘ALRAM MANAGER’menu of Network Manager Program during execution of EVENT-PRESETfunction of DVR.- During manual execution of PTZ control with controller, remote networkprogram, touch panel key and so forth, Event-Preset command issued by newevent may collide with ongoing manual PTZ control, hence, required PRESETMOVE command or manual PTZ control may not function.If you have installed Speed Dome Cameras from multiple suppliers, you arestrongly recommended to use single program protocol for all.85
