If using network by connecting the DVR body with IP router, you shoulddesignate a port for DVR from the Setup Menu of the IP router. The main bodyof SVR-1650E/1640A/950Euses 2 ports for TCP communication. In addition, ituses DHCP function supported by IP router. Even if dynamically allocating IPaddress to the main body of DVR for use, you should designate a port for IP,which DVR receives from the Setup Menu of IP router.
