EMED Mining - Biely VrchNovember 2010magnetite. Minor amounts of pyrite, traces of chalcopyrite and the associated gold were introducedwith the quartz veinlets. The quartz-kaolinite alteration is closely associated with the quartz-veinletstockwork, but appears to have had no discernable effect on the gold grade.9.0 DEPOSIT TYPESBiely Vrch is an epithermal to hypothermal, gold-pyrite, quartz-vein stockwork type of deposit, hosted within a diorite intrusion into co-magmatic andesitic volcanics. It may represent the upper,near-surface expression of a gold-copper porphyry deposit at depth.10.0 MINERALISATIONThe gold mineralisation at Biely Vrch is contained within a NNW-SSE trending, pipe-like, quartzpyrite,vein-stock-work zone associated with an andesitic (diorite) intrusion. The dimensions of thevertical pipe-like stock-work zone of gold mineralisation at Biely Vrch, based on the drilling to date, are about 250 m east-west, 350 m north-south and 460 m vertical. Many of the drill holes weremineralised from surface to a depth of 300 m below surface.Along the western margin of the central gold-bearing quartz-kaolinite alteration zone, theintermediate argillic altered rock contains irregular patches of disseminated sulphide minerals asindicated by an IP survey. This sulphide zone was tested by two drill holes (DVE6 and DVE7) andfound to contain pyrrhotite and subsidiary pyrite, within which a few sphalerite and galena-bearingcalcite veinlets were noted. In contrast, the eastern margin of the quartz-kaolinite alteration zone issulphide-free, but contains significant amounts of magnetite, as indicated by the magnetic survey.Using the drill-core assay data as summarized in Table 6, it was shown that gold and silver are theonly minerals that occur in potentially economic quantities in the Biely Vrch gold deposit, as shownin Table 4.The associated metals that could be recovered as by-products (e.g. Cu, Pb, Zn, Mo, Ag, etc.) or couldbe possible environment pollutants (e.g. As, Cd, Cr, Ni, Sb, etc.) are present only in very lowconcentrations. No significant mercury values were identified.Table 4Geochemical Composition of the Biely Vrch DepositElement Average content Maximum contentAg < 0.5 ppm 50.2 ppmCu 0.01 % 0.33 %Zn 0.01 % 1 %Pb 0,01 % 1 %Mo 10.6 ppm 0.17 %Fe 4.39 % 28 %S 0.<strong>43</strong> % 8.3 %As 20 ppm 940 ppmBi 0.42 ppm 376 ppmCd 0.93 ppm 387 ppmCr 7.64 ppm 402 ppmNi 2.37 ppm 380 ppmSb < 5 ppm 46 ppm<strong>NI</strong><strong>43</strong> – <strong>101</strong> <strong>Technical</strong> <strong>Report</strong> 18 BEHRE DOLBEARLegal*5650400.1
