Based on this estimatedresource, AMC Consultants (UK) Limited (AMC) have undertaken a scoping study - AMC report410002 dated July 2010, entitled Biely Vrch Scoping Study. This report proposes an open-pit mine toextract the upper portion of the mineral resource. The lower portion of the mineral resource isexcluded from the pit for economic reasons. Underground mining is not seen as an option at presentdue to low overall grades of the mineral resource. The Scoping Study is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that areconsidered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them thatwould enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves and there is no certainty that the preliminaryassessment will be realized.<strong>NI</strong> <strong>43</strong>–<strong>101</strong> <strong>Technical</strong> <strong>Report</strong> 32 BEHRE DOLBEARLegal*5650400.1
