<strong>EMED</strong> <strong>Mining</strong> - <strong>Biely</strong> VrchNovember 20102.2 DEFI<str<strong>on</strong>g>NI</str<strong>on</strong>g>TIONSThis report has been prepared in accordance with <strong>the</strong> terms and definiti<strong>on</strong>s given in “Form <str<strong>on</strong>g>43</str<strong>on</strong>g>-<str<strong>on</strong>g>101</str<strong>on</strong>g>F1<str<strong>on</strong>g>Technical</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>Report</str<strong>on</strong>g>s” and <strong>the</strong> “CIM Definiti<strong>on</strong> Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves”adopted by <strong>the</strong> CIM Council <strong>on</strong> December 11, 2005. However, <strong>the</strong> <strong>Biely</strong> Vrch “Mineral Resource”estimates were prepared by Australian <strong>Mining</strong> C<strong>on</strong>sultants (AMC) whose Qualified Pers<strong>on</strong>s asmembers of <strong>the</strong> AusIMM are required to report “Mineral Resources” and “Reserves” in compliancewith <strong>the</strong> Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) Code. Therefore, any pers<strong>on</strong>s within Canadianjurisdicti<strong>on</strong> must read “Reserve” as “Mineral Reserve” (CIM definiti<strong>on</strong>) and any pers<strong>on</strong>s not withinCanadian jurisdicti<strong>on</strong> must read “Reserve” as “Ore Reserve” (JORC definiti<strong>on</strong>).
