Concordia Holding controls Rothschild Concordia AG, Zug, which in turn
owns a controlling stake in Rothschilds Continuation Holdings AG, Zug.
Rothschilds Continuation Holdings AG controls Rothschild Holding AG,
Zurich, which owns a direct holding in Banque Privée Edmond de
Rothschild SA, Geneva.
