fullest disclosure possible to its existing and potential<br />
shareholders, as well as to its employees and the general<br />
public. This information is mainly conveyed in our annual<br />
reports, at press conferences on annual results, through<br />
interviews given to the financial media and securities analysts,<br />
at General Meetings and on the Bank’s website<br />

und Wirtschaft (summarised editions).<br />
- Press conference on <strong>2011</strong> results in Geneva.<br />
- Publication of a media release summarising our financial<br />
report in the electronic media and the press, with a copy<br />
sent to our online subscribers.<br />
- Publication of the annual report.<br />

- <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting of shareholders in Geneva, at the<br />
Château de Pregny.<br />
