Havinglived in Florida for over eight years, Axel is trying toget re-adjusted to "frigid" temperatures; he need onlyremember his Syracuse University days.Gary Hart and wife Anni have been happily travelingto Berlin (before the Wall fell), Morocco and Paris,to name just a few of the places. Clearly, Gary is takingto heart the "be all you can be" slogan of the ArmedForces. While there has not been a match yet, a "bitter"rivalry has started up between Gary's wrestling team inGermany and Ashton's team at <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Andrew's</strong>. Since thiseditor (Ashton) has the final word, suffice it to say,"we'd paste them to the Brandenburg Gate."<strong>St</strong>ill the head tester for Reynolds Wrap, CathyShields is also working on a master's in businessadministration at the University of Richmond.Congrats to Mike and Sarah (Hukill) Berninger onthe birth of their son, Jacob Jules, born December 28.Sarah still commutes across the bridge to Woodstown,New Jersey, where she teaches at the high school andworks with self-contained perceptually impaired students.'79 Michael D. The program attempts toidentify promising underprivileged students and guaranteesthem college tuition if they stay in school and earnadmission to college. Hank Jacoby is one of the directorsof this program.Just over the border in Maryland, Lou Hamiltonworks for General Electric in the engineering group andis "loving every moment."Belated congratulations to Cynthia Taylor Young.Cynthia was married to David Young on September 30,1989, in Havana, Cuba. She is working as a marketingdirector for the architecture firm of Lord, Aeck &Sargent in Atlanta. Her husband is a corporate loanofficer for the First National Bank of Chicago. Cynthiais still singing and has taken up ballroom dancing andcompeting in triathlons.Gillian Davies is in her first year of graduate studiesat Yale in the <strong>School</strong> of Forestry and Environmental<strong>St</strong>udies. She reports that Heidi Rath Crockett's newbaby, Chad, is "very cute."Amy Dilsheimer is living in the Big Apple and isworking for Fairchild Publications where she is theadvertising representative for footwear at Women'sWear Daily.Eric Ellisen has shed the three-piece suit of thebanking world and is now teaching at The Mead <strong>School</strong>in Greenwich, Connecticut. He has been doing a bit ofacting and recently appeared in "A Spinning Tale," anoff-Broadway production at Playhouse 91 in Manhattan.Lizzie Bleke called this one in on the class noteshotline: "Scott Sipprelle announced the birth of hisfirst child, Jessica Lee, a 7-pound, 4-ounce bouncingbaby girl. No word yet on whether or not the child hasinherited the Sipprelle dancing gene.
