This wasprobably done because theapplication and the personwho submitted it are clean.There’s no need to sandbaga failing applicant. Notmentioned in this article isthat this is the same agencythat supplied guns to Mexicanborder gangs throughits Fast and Furious operations.The Saddlebrook Busybodiescite fantasy ratherthan facts. They have noevidence this home basedbusiness will cause a trafficproblem, yet they argue thepoint anyway.Nonsense, a good businessmanwill advise customersto avoid heavy trafficperiods, he can set appointmentsand he may deliver.Nosey neighbor Boneburgerimagines that children willbe adversely affected by seeingguns carried in and outof the residence.More nonsense, purchaseditems can be carriedout of the premises in theboxes they arrived in viaUPS and Fed-Ex. Nevermind that kids use virtualweapons in the games theyplay and see their use portrayedin movies, TV showsand in the news. (As anaside: witness the happy facesat a gun range. The happiestfaces are worn by thefamilies that shoot together.Respect is a two way street,and a goal to be achievedand maintained.)Lacking any real argumentor actual evidence fortheir case, the lead meddlersdemonstrate their lack ofprinciples for good measure.Seems according the HOA’sDeclaration of Covenantsthey claim the prerogativeto pronounce anything theydislike ‘noxious or offensive’.In other words theyclaim the privilege to makeup the rules as they go. Nevermind that there is no rightto violate the rights of anotherperson.Since there are no statementsfrom the person whomade the application for thelicense to sell arms and thereis no reference to even theattempt to gain an interview,the only conclusion to bedrawn is that the ‘reporter’didn’t want to include theirside of the story.
