„Jednou jsem vzala telefon a nikdo se v něm neozýval. Slyšela jsem jen takové divnédýchání. Volají k nám různí úchylové, ale tohle bylo jiné. Byla to stará žena, která sesnažila něco říci, ale neměla sílu. Podle pevné telefonní linky jsem zjistila jménos adresou a poslala tam lékaře se záchranáři. Kolegyně mezitím obvolávala sousedy,jestli náhodou nemají od jejího bytu klíče. Po celou tu dobu jsem na tu stařenku mluvila,uklidňovala ji, a ona mi řekla jen jediné slovo: „Pomoc“.
