Legal reserveThe Portuguese commercial legislation establishes that at least 5% of annual net income should be used to reinforce the legal reserve until it represents at least 20% of the share capital.This reserve is not distributable, except in the case of the Company's liquidation, but may be used to absorb losses, after all the other reserves have been exhausted, and incorporatedin the share capital.11.
