The envelopes shall clearly bear the followingidentification:"Queries/Request <strong>for</strong> Additional In<strong>for</strong>mation concerning <strong>RFP</strong>"The Authority shall endeavour to respond to the queries within the periodspecified therein but not later than 7 days prior to the Proposal Due Date. Theresponses will be sent by fax or e-mail. The Authority will post the reply toall such queries on the Official Website and copies there<strong>of</strong> will also becirculated to all Applicants who have purchased the <strong>RFP</strong> document withoutidentifying the source <strong>of</strong> queries.2.10.2 The Authority reserves the right not to respond to any questions or provide anyclarifications, in its sole discretion, and nothing in this Clause shall be taken orread as <strong>com</strong>pelling or requiring the Authority to respond to any question or toprovide any clarification.2.11 Amendment <strong>of</strong> <strong>RFP</strong>2.11.1 At any time prior to the deadline <strong>for</strong> submission <strong>of</strong> Proposal, the Authoritymay, <strong>for</strong> any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response toclarifications requested by an Applicant, modify the <strong>RFP</strong> document by theissuance <strong>of</strong> Addendum/ Amendment and posting it on the Official Websiteand by conveying the same to the prospective Applicants (who have purchasedthe <strong>RFP</strong> document) by fax or e-mail.19
