developing strength, balance and cardiovascular health<br />
through various wrestling, grappling and striking movements.<br />

be registered the Thursday prior to swim date. Bus will pick up<br />

JASPER IN JANUARY<br />
Grades 9-12<br />
Jump on the bus in the wee hours <strong>of</strong> the morning and take<br />
a nap as we head to the fresh powder <strong>of</strong> Marmot Basin Ski<br />
Hill. Spend the day on the hill as a novice or beginner and<br />
then jump back on the bus to head for supper and the trek<br />
back home. Par� cipants are responsible for their own meals<br />
and spending money. Each li� pass includes a 1 hour lesson<br />
by a cer� fi ed ski instructor. Register by Monday, January<br />
21 to secure your spot. Bus will pick up and drop <strong>of</strong>f at the<br />
<strong>Morinville</strong> Community Cultural Centre.<br />

a dance number? Crea� ve Café is a safe space to express<br />
yourself and explore diff erent avenues <strong>of</strong> the arts. Bring your<br />
instruments, music, sketch pads and pens as you hang out<br />
with other youth and special guests who will help you get your<br />
crea� ve juices fl owing.<br />

with your friends. Not a fan <strong>of</strong> Magic?? That’s cool, we have<br />
awesome board games and even a place to play Dungeons and<br />
Dragons or any other card game you love!<br />

APOCALYPSE<br />
Grade 9-12<br />
Everyone knows that one day the zombies will take over the<br />
world…. So we be� er get ready! Join us as we dress in our<br />
zombie best and walk through <strong>Morinville</strong> collec� ng food for<br />
the <strong>Morinville</strong> Food Bank. The walk begins at Ray McDonald<br />
Sports Centre and ends at The <strong>Morinville</strong> Community Cultural<br />
Centre for the Zombie Dance! Then we shall dance the night<br />
away at an awesome dance featuring lasers, glow s� cks and<br />
prizes for the best zombies! Dance is for grades 9 - 12.<br />

the day <strong>of</strong> romance… or to celebrate being with great friends.<br />

Learn the Basics <strong>of</strong> improv from one <strong>of</strong> Rapid Fire Theatre’s<br />
world class instructors with the RFT Travelling Improv<br />
Workshop. This workshop will teach the improv fundamentals<br />
<strong>of</strong> listening, accep� ng, crea� ng collec� vely and taking risks. All<br />
new students will begin at this level. No previous experience<br />
