We provide: • Services to assist communi� es to iden� fy their social needs and develop responses to meet those needs • Services to promote, encourage and support volunteer work in the community • Services to inform the public of available services • Services that promote the social development of children and their families, • Services that enrich and strengthen family life by developing skills so people can func� on more eff ec� vely within their own environment • Services that enhance the quality of life of the re� red and semi-re� red What does that mean for you? • Preschool programs • Paren� ng programs • Community development opportuni� es • Referrals and resources • Youth programs • Volunteer support and development • Seniors assistance and programs Morinville FCSS also oversees the PASS (Program Accessibility Support Subsidy) Program, which can help families with fi nancial need with the registra� on costs associated with various Town Recrea� on and Social programs. FCSS grants are available to non-profi t community groups whose services and ac� vi� es promote the social development of children and their families, enrich and strengthen family life, enhance the quality of life of the re� red and semi-re� red or promote and support volunteer work.
