Refunds<br />
A $10 cancella� on administra� ve<br />
fee will be charged. Cancella� on<br />
refunds, minus the cancella� on<br />
fee, will be issued up to fi ve<br />
business days before the start <strong>of</strong><br />
any program <strong>of</strong>f ered by the <strong>Town</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Morinville</strong>. Pro-rated refunds<br />
may be issued once a program<br />
has started for medical reasons,<br />
residence reloca� on or other special<br />
circumstances (as approved by the<br />
Director <strong>of</strong> Community Services).<br />
Cancella� ons<br />
Programs <strong>of</strong>f ered by the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Morinville</strong> may be cancelled due to<br />
low registra� on levels. Every eff ort<br />
will be made to no� fy par� cipants<br />
promptly should this happen. <strong>Town</strong><br />
ini� ated cancella� ons will result in<br />
a full refund or credit for the missed<br />
class or session. Register early to<br />
ensure the programs you want do<br />
not get cancelled.<br />
Statutory Holidays<br />
Unless otherwise noted, classes<br />
will not be <strong>of</strong>f ered on a holiday.<br />
Program fees take into account any<br />
holiday cancella� ons.<br />
