Protect transformation of areas of Critically Endangered or Endangered natural vegetation.2. Protect the biodiversity and ecosystem functioning of the Conservation Area.3. Protect the distinctive landscape character of the area.4. Promote sound management of natural resources.5. Permit use of natural resources if and only if such use would be sustainable and would not jeopardise biodiversityconservation.6. Safeguard areas identified as important for key ecological and evolutionary processes.7. Eradicate alien invasive species.8. Promote the restoration of degraded and disturbed areas.9. Promote awareness of the significance and uniqueness of natural vegetation and ecosystems of the area amongstthe local landowners and communities, visitors and tourists.1. Prohibit transformation of areas of Critically Endangered or Endangered natural vegetation.2. Protect the biodiversity and ecosystem functioning through sound management and eradication of alien invasiveplants.3. Protect the distinctive landscape character of the area.4.
