The certificate holder must comply with the maintenance programrequirements of § 121.374. Guidance is provided in Chapter 3,paragraphs 301 <strong>and</strong> 302 of this <strong>AC</strong>.6. The certificate holder must comply with the flight operationalrequirements in part 121, as described in Chapter 3, paragraphs 303 <strong>and</strong>304 of this <strong>AC</strong>.7. The certificate holder must comply with <strong>120</strong>-minutes <strong>ETOPS</strong>provisions in the MMEL.8.
