This includessignificant investments in Kerzner Group, the luxury resort brand; IHI plc, the franchise for easyHotels in theMiddle East, Levant, North Africa, India and Pakistan; and ownership of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, theKnickerbocker Hotel on Times Square, and the W Hotel Union Square,(all in New York City) and the HotelWashington in Washington DC. She has been instrumental inNakheel’s continued drive to become a global brand, in the organisation’s unrivalled sales success and in itsincreased customer service focus.Manal has also been closely involved with setting up Forsa, a unique investment vehicle for women. Forsa,literally meaning “Opportunity” in Arabic, offers women investors the opportunity to make successful highgrowth investment and supports female entrepreneurs in setting up and managing new ventures.
