He also serves asChairman of the Board of Directors of Orbitz Worldwide.Mr Clarke has 21 years of strategic, operational and financial experience with leading high-technology firms.Prior to <strong>Travel</strong>port, Mr Clarke was Chief Operating Officer for CA (formerly Computer Associates). Beforejoining CA, he was Executive Vice President, <strong>Global</strong> Operations for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), wherehe was responsible for the largest global supply chain and procurement operations in the technology industry.As Executive Vice President, Merger Integration, Mr Clarke played a key role in integrating the operations,financials and cultures of HP and Compaq Computer Corporation following the $19 billion merger of thetwo companies. He is widely credited with leading the team, which identified and captured more than $3.5billion in savings.Mr Clarke began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1985.
