APPENDICES 57MENU BUTTON “CTRL” (CONTROL)The dropdown menu list for “Control” has the following menu items:Setup InstrumentThe setup dialog has the numerical field “Timer Duration” tospecify a time delay, in seconds, before the next scan. The “Time” and“Date” fields show the PDA’s current time and date settings; thesesettings are used when recording the time/date of a scan initiated by thePDA software. The remaining “Entrance Optic” and“Averaging” fields are used for configuring the GER 1500spectroradiometer.
