The range of<strong>Getinge</strong> SMART loading equipment includes loading trolleys <strong>with</strong> fixed or adjustable height, thatcan be equipped <strong>with</strong> Semi-Automatic Loading and/or PowerDrive for easier handling. All unitsare perfectly adapted to standardized wire basket and container systems.As a complete solution provider, <strong>Getinge</strong> offers a complete, efficient, economical, ergonomicalhandling systems for baskets as well as containers. The systems may be used separately or incombination. And both systems are available <strong>with</strong> manual or automatic loading and unloading.This means that <strong>you</strong>r system can be tailored precisely to <strong>you</strong>r needs. A selection of our range is:1 21. Manual loading/unloading of wirebaskets. Also using optional loadingmodule(s) to process containers.2. Manual loading/unloading of shelfrack. The shelf rack can also beloaded <strong>with</strong> wire baskets or othergoods.3 43. Manual loading of containers orvarious packs using a loadingplatform and loading module on aloading trolley.4. Automatic loading/unloading of wirebaskets. These units can also handleloading module(s) to processcontainers. But it can also increase the availability of sterile goods and the sterilizers themselves. You simply leave thegoods at a loading point on the clean side and pick themup at an unloading point on the sterile side. The systemhandles all loading, program selection and unloadingautomatically.Automatic loading/unloadingSpace- and labor-saving, in-line automatic loading units thatstart a pre-set sterilization program for a particular load. Theunit also serves as temporary pre-storage in front of thesterilizer, to collect full loads. When the sterilizer is ready fora new process, the collected full load is automaticallytransferred into the sterilizer chamber, the sterilizer door isclosed and the preset sterilization process starts.
