Item 96. Local Government Familiarity - Familiarity with the project location and local government(30 pts.)7. References (5 pts.)All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the Watershed Conservation Authorityevaluation committee on the above criteria to determine the most qualified firm. The committeewill evaluate each firm in accordance with each criteria based on the content of the proposal.Negotiations shall be conducted to determine a mutually satisfactory contract with the firmreceiving the highest evaluation, as selected by the committee. In addition to reaching a fairand reasonable price for the required work, the objective of negotiations will be to reach anagreement on the provisions of the proposed contract including scope and extent of work, andother essential requirements.
