This means the appropriate environmentprotection, architecture, physical <strong>plan</strong>ning, urbanism etc. It is especially importantto ensure the protection against the uncontrolled building activities, as it is the casein Durmitor at the moment.When <strong>plan</strong>ning ski tourism development, negative effects <strong>of</strong> global warming shouldbe taken into consideration, which will, in the long run, be a limiting factor indevelopment <strong>of</strong> this kind <strong>of</strong> tourism.Based on the earlier mentioned criteria, in mountain tourism development there aredifferentiated following tourist areas: Durmitor, Bjelasica and Komovi, Moraca mountains,Prokletije, between rivers Tara and Cehotina and coastal mountains (Lovcen and Orjen).C2.4.3.2-1 In the area <strong>of</strong> Durmitor and Sinjajevina the development <strong>of</strong> the followingsegments <strong>of</strong> tourism should be particularly supported:1. Unregistered accommodation facilities have to be closed. The extent anddistribution <strong>of</strong> capacities by municipalities will be defined by spatial – <strong>plan</strong>ningdocumentation, <strong>plan</strong>s for tourism development.
