Waggener Alumni Necrology and Family Obituaries:Phyllis May MILLS Smith (60)MILLS, ARTHUR W. "WILBUR," 94, a native of Springfield, ILand resident of Louisville since 1940, died Wednesday, December13, 2006 at home. He was a retired civil engineer with the US ArmyCorp of Engineers, and received an architectural engineering degreefrom the University of Illinois. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60years, Mable D. Mills. Survivors include his daughters, Phyllis Smith of LosAngeles, CA and Leslie Tichenor (64) of Louisville; three grandchildren; andfour great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday atHarvey Browne Memorial Presbyterian Church, 311 Browns Lane. Pearson's isentrusted with arrangements.
