Process of Preparation of <strong>National</strong> <strong>Report</strong>This report was drafted by a private consultant, Chris<strong>to</strong>pher Shank(ccshank@gmail.com), under <strong>the</strong> guidance of Wali Modaqiq(wali.modaqiq@unep.ch) and Belinda Bowling (belinda.bowling@unep.ch), bothof <strong>the</strong> UNEP Afghanistan office.Meetings were held on 18 February, 4 March and 18 March 2009 <strong>to</strong> review <strong>the</strong>document.
