In case of a power failure, the brake is applied. This allows it to meet the predetermined safety requirements.The brakes can be supplied with a manual release upon request.The brakes are manufactured and tested according to VDE 0580 and correspond to CENELEC Memorandum no.3, part 3, par. 2.3 of the EC safety directives.Standard voltages:102 VDC / 230 VAC for motor output up to 3 kW178 VDC / 400 VAC for motor output starting at 4 kWOther voltages can be supplied and must be specified when ordering.Technical data:The response times apply to normal operating temperatures and rated voltage with adjusted gap.
