If one is not followingthese principles, he is not consideredto be a pure devotee.As a matter of recognition I am givingthe second endowment of initiation,namely the sacred thread to those who arechanting 16 rounds regularly, and havefollowed the four principles of restrictionsmay be awarded this sacred thread.
