The <strong>Minute</strong>s of the last Meeting are read and confirmed.The Clerk produces the Bank <strong>Book</strong>s which show balances standing <strong>to</strong> the credit of the several accounts are asfollows:-General Account £160:19:102nd Ranger Account £43:7:3Protection and Improvement Fund £70:17:9<strong>Forest</strong> Row house refuseThe Clerk reports that no reply has been received from the East Grinstead R.D.C. <strong>to</strong> his letter of the 2nd Februarylast with regard <strong>to</strong> the removal of house refuse at <strong>Forest</strong> Row.It is Resolved that the Clerk write <strong>to</strong> the Local Government Board laying the facts before them - his letter <strong>to</strong> beapproved by the <strong>Forest</strong> Row CommitteeSchool Site near the RidgeMr. Freshfield states that since the last Meeting arrangements have been made which will, at any rate for thepresent, relieve the Education Authority from the necessity of providing a new School House near ColemansHatch.Harry Walters taking gravelReferring <strong>to</strong> the case of Harry Walters, reported at the Meeting of 30th January last (p 18), the Clerk reports thatMessrs.
