The Sultanatefavours simple monochromatic clothing exceptby the rich and powerful, usually a good way tospot them in a crowd so as to give them plenty ofrespects and a wide berth. Sultanate men likebillowing robes while with women tend to weareither all covering robes or pants and halter topwith a gauzy cloak. The Senpet men of class tendto dress in simple kilts, while labourers andslaves often wore a loincloth or nothing at all.Senpet women wore elaborate loose skirts,girdles, petticoats and shirts, usually of silk ifthey were of noble birth. Often these clothes hada gauzy look to them and were skin-tight. Motomen and women wear various clothes similar tothose of the Unicorn clan of Rokugan. Splitskirt/pants, tunics, soft boots and cloaks arecommon among the Moto of the Steppes.Clothing is either made of simple cloth or silk.All items here are made of cloth. Anyone may take askill from the Main, Warrior or Merchantcategories. High and Middle caste are allowedskills from the High category. Forbidden skillsare generally ignored by most and unfortunatelypossessed by many. Anyone may take aForbidden skill, though they must pay 2x theregular amount to raise it. People caught usingsuch skills are often shunned, arrested andsometimes even attacked. Certain skills can notbe raised above 2 or 3 based on ones upbringingas well. Check upbringing packages to determinewhich there are.
