Registration ProceduresGVR Now Offers FOUR Convenient Ways toRegister!On-LineOnline registraon will begin at 8am onMonday, December 12th. Remember, youmust have your GVR number and PIN available inorder to access your account online. Below aresome basic steps to help you with the process:1. Visit us at www.gvrec.org, and click the “OnlineRegistraon” tab at the top right of the screen2. Once inside the system, simply follow theinstrucons to access your account and registerfor classes.3. GVR uses a third party to handle transacons,and members will be charged a "conveniencefee" for this service. The fee is a percentage ofthe total.There is a “Help Desk” available online shouldyou need further assistance. Classes that offerdiscounted fees for mulple registraons are notavailable for online registraons.Walk-InWalk-in registraon begins at 8am on Monday,December 12th at all open major social centers.Please bring your completed registraon form(along with payment) and your GVR card.Mail-InMembers may mail in their registraon forms assoon as class catalogs are available; however, mailinregistraons will not be processed unl aerthe inial walk-in traffic has been accommodated.Please fill out the form completely and includepayment. Be sure to include a current telephonenumber where you may be reached if necessary.Mail your registraon and payment to: GreenValley Recreaon, Inc., An: Member ServicesDepartment Class Registraons, PO Box 586, GreenValley, AZ 85622. Please do not send cash throughthe mail!Phone-InRegistraons will be accepted over the phonebeginning at 8am on Tuesday, December 13th atall open major social centers. Please provide yourname, GVR number and the course number(s) youare interested in. We accept Visa and MasterCardcredit and debit cards.• Early registraon is encouraged. GVR contactsinstructors several days prior to the class startdate to nofy them of registraon numbers. Byregistering early, we are able to give instructorsan accurate count, and possibly avoidcancellaon due to low enrollment.• Please completely fill out the registraonform. Use a separate registraon form for eachperson.• For your convenience, we accept cash, checks,and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).Please do not send cash through the mail.• Mail-in registraons: If a class you areregistering for is full, you will automacallybe placed on a wait list and contacted. Wewill either return your check, or credit thedifference (if you are registering for mulpleclasses). Please do not aend the class unlessyou are nofied by a GVR staff member thatthere is an opening.Class Withdrawal andRefund Procedures• Classes may be cancelled by GVR due to lackof enrollment, instructor illness, or otherunforeseen circumstances. If a class youare enrolled in is cancelled, we will nofyyou immediately and you will be given theopportunity to change to another class, oryou will receive a full refund. If you registeredonline and paid the convenience fee this willalso be refunded.• Full refunds will be issued on any class ifregistraon is cancelled by the member five(5) business days prior to the class start date.Online convenience fees will not be refundedin the event the student withdraws from aclass. Those wishing to withdraw four (4) or lessbusiness days prior to the class start date (notincluding the day the class meets) will receivea refund, minus a $5 withdrawal fee for eachclass. Refunds will not be offered the day theclass starts.• If you are unable to aend a class you haveregistered for, please nofy GVR as soon aspossible. This allows us to accommodatemembers on a waing list.• In the event that a class you are interested in isfull, you may choose to be placed on a wainglist and nofied by a GVR staff member if a spotbecomes available.Register online at www.gvrec.org or visit your nearest major social center office. 7
