WILLMANN On 1 January 2006 HANSA-FLEX Hydraulik GmbH took over the shares of Willmann Steuerungstechnik GmbH. A change in management is now scheduled for the beginning of 2008. With the sale of Willmann Steuerungstechnik GmbH to HANSA-FLEX Hydraulik GmbH, Wolfgang Willmann has taken a strategic decision for the future, designed to ensure the continuity of his company and so safeguard service for customers on a long-term basis. A long-term approach was at issue here, particularly as regards hydraulic steel construction, a speciality of Willmann Steuerungstechnik. This sector had in recent years already been under the control of Stephan Kallage, who remains at the company in a management role. This means that the company 22 20 successful years in the hydraulics sector Change in management at Willmann HYDRAULIKPRESSE will not have to do without his specialist knowledge, so safeguarding company operations in terms of ongoing and new projects. The chances of success for two forthcoming hydraulic steel construction projects look very promising at the moment. Wolfgang Willmann was anxious to maintain direct contact with customers as fast technical assistance and personal support remain the bywords of the company. At the special request of HANSA-FLEX Hydraulik GmbH he initially continued to act as managing director in particular to arrange for his successor at the company and to ensure a smooth handover. This has now taken place. The fate of Willmann Steuerungstechnik GmbH is now in the hands of Stephan Kallage and Martin Brinkmann. Stephan Kallage takes over as technical director, while Martin Brinkmann is in charge of commercial management. In the fi eld Eilt Poppen will be playing an important role in account management and customer acquisition, so rounding off the team at Willmann Steuerungstechnik GmbH. “Expertise in Hydraulics” – Willmann Steuerungstechnik is set to live up to this claim in future. This is the challenge taken on board by the new team. With the technical know-how and experience of all staff the company will continue to satisfy the expectations of its customers to their full satisfaction. ISSUE DECEMBER 2007
