During the year Advanced commenced deployment ofits new community patient access system – AdvancedCommunity. Advanced Community helps communitycare providers to deliver improved quality of care byreducing the administration burden whilst remainingfully compliant with current care regulations. Theproduct’s mobile functionality enables care staff to viewand record patient information at any time, even whena mobile signal is not available, to facilitate real-timeworkload management.UnlockingefficienciesAdvanced works with its customers to achieve optimalperformance through an expanding range of softwareproducts and services that demonstrate flexibility,effectiveness and an early return on investment.In FY13, the Group’s ability to support its businesscustomers in driving growth through improved visibilityand control was strengthened by the addition to theportfolio of corporate performance management andbusiness intelligence tools.UnlockingefficienciesOverview Business review Governance FinancialsKent Community HealthNHS TrustAdvanced Community was one of four systems tobe shortlisted by the Trust during the procurementprocess.
