In accordance with Chapter 90.82 RCW, assessmentswere completed to support the development of the Watershed Management Plan.Water Quantity Component (Chapter 90.82.070 RCW)• An estimate of surface and ground water present in the management area;• An estimate of the surface and ground water available in the management area, takinginto account seasonal and other variations;• An estimate of the water in the management area represented by claims in water rights,claims registry, water use permits, certificated rights, existing minimum instream flowrules, federally reserved rights, and any other rights to water;• An estimate of the surface and ground water actually being used in the management area;Introduction 3 May 3, 2005
