This is no longer listed in full due to the Company’s positive business development. The appreciation amount of 789,000 euros is derived from the valuation of the Company’s future earnings power. The discount rate was 14.1 per cent. The discount rate continues to reflect the Board of Directors estimation regarding the specific risks assigned to the Company. Investments The share holding in Lothal Datentechnik & Partner AG, of Zurich, amounts to 25.1 per cent of the shares and an investment value of 16,000 euros were sold during the fiscal year that has just ended. No shares were held in this company on March 31, 2011, the balance sheet date. 6
