MUNICÍPIO DE MIRANDELA IPLANO DE SANEAMENTO FINANCEIROMEDIDA 7Implementar a regra orçamental de que as receitas de capital, inerentes à alienação de bens de investimento, sódeverão concorrer para o financiamento de despesas de investimento quando exista uma forte presunção da suaconcretização, pelo que, enquanto esta não se verifique, não devem as mesmas concorrer para o financiamentodefinido, ou seja, a receita inerente não deverá constar das previsões iniciais do Orçamento da Receita.Os investimentos que tenham por pressuposto aquela fonte de financiamento poderão ser listados no PPI comfinanciamento não definido até aquela condição se verificar.Em cúmulo, a previsão da despesa de investimento em cada exercício deve ser limitada ao valor global dareceita de capital do Fundo de Equilíbrio Financeiro (FEF) acrescido do eventual financiamento comunitário quelhe esteja ou venha a estar consignado.IMPACTO ANUAL ESTIMADON/DOBSERVAÇÕES
