<strong>GA</strong> 3 <strong>及</strong> <strong>Fulmet</strong> <strong>對</strong> <strong>黑</strong> <strong>后</strong> <strong>葡</strong> <strong>萄</strong> <strong>花</strong> <strong>穗</strong> <strong>發</strong> <strong>育</strong> <strong>之</strong> <strong>影</strong> <strong>響</strong> 37ppm <strong>之</strong> 處 理 , 其 縱 徑 比 <strong>對</strong> 照 組 2.88 mm 長 0.3 mm 左 右 , 呈 明 顯 地 差 異 。 在 開 <strong>花</strong> 期 <strong>之</strong> 測 量 亦 以含 有 <strong>Fulmet</strong> 處 理 <strong>之</strong> 子 房 縱 徑 較 長 , 其 中 <strong>Fulmet</strong> 10 ppm 添 加 <strong>GA</strong> 3 5 ppm 者 最 長 , 較 <strong>對</strong> 照 2.28 mm長 0.6 mm 左 右 。 <strong>花</strong> 蕾 <strong>之</strong> 橫 徑 在 6 葉 期 各 處 理 皆 受 <strong>影</strong> <strong>響</strong> ,6 至 10 葉 期 間 則 以 含 有 <strong>Fulmet</strong> 者 <strong>之</strong> 處 理<strong>影</strong> <strong>響</strong> 較 大 , 且 在 開 <strong>花</strong> 期 亦 <strong>發</strong> 現 含 有 <strong>Fulmet</strong> 處 理 <strong>之</strong> 子 房 橫 徑 較 大 , 尤 以 <strong>GA</strong> 3 5 ppm 添 加 <strong>Fulmet</strong> 10ppm 者 最 為 顯 著 , 而 單 用 <strong>GA</strong> 3 者 並 無 效 果 。 以 <strong>Fulmet</strong> 單 獨 或 添 加 於 <strong>GA</strong> 3 <strong>之</strong> 處 理 , 其 <strong>花</strong> 蕾 或 子房 鮮 重 較 <strong>對</strong> 照 組 約 增 加 50%, 而 單 用 <strong>GA</strong> 3 者 <strong>對</strong> <strong>花</strong> 蕾 <strong>及</strong> 子 房 <strong>之</strong> 鮮 重 幾 乎 沒 有 <strong>影</strong> <strong>響</strong> 。表 一 、<strong>GA</strong> 3 <strong>及</strong> <strong>Fulmet</strong> <strong>對</strong> 第 一 收 <strong>黑</strong> <strong>后</strong> <strong>葡</strong> <strong>萄</strong> <strong>花</strong> <strong>穗</strong> 伸 長 <strong>之</strong> <strong>影</strong> <strong>響</strong>Table 1.
