About 62 (65%) resp<strong>on</strong>dents havementi<strong>on</strong>ed having received visit from the livestock extensi<strong>on</strong> pers<strong>on</strong>, 75 (79%) fromAgriculture and 47 (50%) from the forestry respectively.2.9.2 Health ServicesAt present the geog do not have any health service centre in the valley. Therefore, almostall health activities and services are covered from Wangdue. For basic health problemsand medicines farmers approach village health workers and sometimes BHU in Gaselofor emergencies. The treatment through religious pujas is alsopursued respectively by about 72% of the resp<strong>on</strong>dents. In most cases for treatment andmedicati<strong>on</strong>, the BHU in Gaselo and hospitals in Wangdi are approached by farmersespecially from the lower valley.
