The ground comprises of approx.
116,000 m 2 , and is located directly
at the sea on a coastal plateau and
stretches out to the east and west.
The sea-side main components of
the facility are located to the north,
the car parks and sports facilities to
the south. 54,000 m 2 are currently
developed with apartments and vil-
las. In a second development phase
a touristic expansion of approx.
62,000 m 2 and a 27-hole champi-
onship golf course on an area of
approx. 217 acres (88 ha) are now
planned.

Product Components
The facility of the existing “Rezidencija
Skiper” currently covers an area
of approx. 54,000 m2 and comprises
the following product components:
