The service offers on the Piazza com-<br />
prise rent a car, bicycle rental, cash<br />
dispenser / exchange office, hairdress-<br />
er, excursions agent. Further planned<br />
are a KidsClub <strong>and</strong> a playroom.<br />
Other Facilities<br />
“The Skiper Resort” will further dispose<br />
of facilities like car park, leisure <strong>and</strong><br />
sports facilities <strong>and</strong> gastronomy out-<br />
lets. The exist<strong>in</strong>g “Restaurant Skiper”<br />
will rema<strong>in</strong> one of the gastronomic<br />
highlights with F<strong>in</strong>e-D<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g concept<br />
<strong>in</strong>to future.<br />
In a second construction phase, the<br />
natural bay will be converted <strong>in</strong>to the<br />
Mar<strong>in</strong>a, which will dispose of boat<br />
berths <strong>and</strong> the necessary <strong>in</strong>frastruc-<br />
ture <strong>and</strong> service facilities. Above the<br />
Mar<strong>in</strong>a, a Seafood Restaurant with a<br />
view over the sea <strong>and</strong> of the cliffs will<br />
provide the gastronomic highlight.<br />
Golf Course<br />
To the south of the exist<strong>in</strong>g tennis<br />
courts <strong>and</strong> therefore only 100 metres<br />
from the ma<strong>in</strong> entrance to the “Skiper<br />
Resort”, an area of approx. 217 acres<br />
(88 ha) will be converted <strong>in</strong>to a 27-hole<br />
championship golf course, which will<br />
be the first of its type <strong>in</strong> <strong>Istria</strong>. The<br />
facility, whose natural composition<br />
allows for differences <strong>in</strong> altitude of almost<br />
50 m, will dispose of attractive<br />
fairways, a club house, driv<strong>in</strong>g range<br />
<strong>and</strong> a putt<strong>in</strong>g green.<br />
