The Authors<br />
Dr. Yongqing Fang is a faculty member of the University of Canberra. He has previously taught in universities in Australia,<br />
Canada, China, and Singapore. Dr. Fang has authored and coauthored ten books, and has published widely in leading<br />
international journals and conferences. He has been a recipient of awards from The Academy of Management (USA) and<br />
The Administrative Science Association of Canada conferences.<br />
Kamal Kant currently lectures in Management and Career-related courses at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.<br />
He has previously lectured on Management and Organisational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human<br />
Relationships in the Workplace and career-related programs and workshops for other tertiary institutions in Singapore<br />
including Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), and the Singapore<br />
campuses of James Cook University, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and University of Buffalo (State<br />
University of New York).
