The Authors<br />
Professor Hwang received the B.S. in Electronic Engineering from National Taipei Institute of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan,<br />
Republic of China (ROC) and the Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science from National Chiao Tung University,<br />
Taiwan. He also studied Applied Mathematics at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, from 1984-1986. He was a<br />
professor and chairman of the Graduate Institute of Networking and Communications, CYUT, during 2002-2003. He is<br />
currently a professor of the department of Management Information System, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan,<br />
ROC.<br />
Dr Lin is currently and Associate Professor at the Department of Management Information Systems, National Chung Hsing<br />
University in Taiwan. His research interest include information security, cryptography and electronic <strong>com</strong>merce.<br />
Dr Lui obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. Her research<br />
interests Internet QoS issues, wireless and sensor networks, optical networks. P2P networks and network protocol design<br />
and analysis. Prior to joining the Hong Kong University, she had worked in the Motorola Research Lab. in Boston. In 2007,<br />
she received the Cisco Research Initiative Award.
