PerfNav Email Capability
PerfNav® provides limited email capabilities without leaving the program. A graph, or set of
graphs, can be emailed as an attachment. To email a graph, click File/Email on the main menu.
The Email form will be displayed. After you fill in the fields on the Email form, click the “Send”
button. The ‘Status’ window on the Email form shows progress messages while preparing and
sending the email.
The PerfNav® email option will frequently not work due to firewall and DNS complications. If
you encounter this problem, don’t spend too much time trying to fix it, because there are convenient
alternatives. For example, you can copy a graph and paste in your typical email program.
Another alternative is to click “File/Save Graph As…” and then attach the file in your
email program
