How to Cook Plain Noodles<br />

When the two stages of maturing and kneading are<br />
complete, the noodles are extended to two meters.<br />
One more extension, and the manufacturing process<br />

is aging the dough twice and extending it three<br />

not become mushy and break down after boiling because<br />
they are made with matured and extended<br />

Service Center, the company developed the technology<br />
to manufacture noodles of various colors by<br />
adding chlorella, yam, red koji rice, and black rice.<br />

one of the five colors: green, ivory, red, yellow, or<br />
grey. Consumers can enjoy the noodles of their<br />
choice in distinct colors and tastes.<br />
President Kim explained that by adding other ingredients<br />
made of agri-products, they were able to<br />
“increase the nutrition of the noodles, provide a<br />
unique taste, and maintain the high quality of the<br />
