Allison is the Interactive Marketing Manager at Digi-Me and<br />
has over 10 years of marketing communications experience.<br />
She assists companies with brand development and<br />
lead generation. Allison is a proud mom, and a Chicagoland<br />
native. Her cultural background is Polish on her mother's<br />
side and German on her dad's.<br />
aNIa JaBLoNowskI<br />
Ania was born in Chicago to Polish immigrant parents.<br />
Growing up, she was always interested in exploring,<br />
embracing, and celebrating the experiences of first generation<br />
Americans, which eventually inspired her to start a<br />
nonprofit with a former classmate. Together they have<br />
interviewed hundreds of “first gen’s”.<br />
aNIa sZYMaNska<br />
Born in a Poland, Ania is a professional make-up artist<br />
and has resided in Chicago for over 12 years. Ania’s life<br />
passions include children, animals, and most of all, helping<br />
others. As a makeup professional, she now has the opportunity<br />
to put a confident smile on a client’s face.<br />
aNITa cHLIpaLa<br />
Founder of Relationship Reality 312, Inc., Anita’s passions<br />
in life are helping people with their love life and writing,<br />
and through her advice column, “Ask Anita”, she combines<br />
both! A Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Anita is on<br />
a mission to prove that happy and satisfying relationships<br />
are possible.<br />
sYLVIa pErEZ<br />
Sylvia is an Emmy Award winning broadcast journalist who<br />
worked with ABC7 Chicago as a news anchor and health<br />
reporter for over 20 years. Sylvia now leads Sylvia Perez<br />
Productions as a video producer, presentation coach and<br />
inspiring speaker and blogger.<br />
LEaNDro MULET<br />
Born in Cuba, Leandro is a fashion designer currently<br />
based in Chicago. His designs have caught the attention of<br />
models, fashion producers, and high profile photographers<br />
desiring to use his editorial ensembles for photo shoots.<br />
With his fashion expertise and good styling, Leandro has<br />
also dressed many celebrities from Chicago all the way to<br />
Miami.<br />
k MraZ<br />
Actress, model, writer, and filmmaker, K Mraz is also an<br />
activist for equal rights for women, minorities, and the environment.<br />
Owner of Ladie K Productions, Creative Works<br />
Media, and is actively pursuing a career in motion picture<br />
with the goal of changing how people perceive one another<br />
by shaping what they see in the media.<br />
MarTa DaBrowskI<br />
Activist, Editor and Writer. Originally from Poland, she is well known<br />
amongst the Polish community for her dedication and action for those<br />
in need. For the past four years, Marta has been helping women with<br />
her motivational group “Success in a Skirt”, where she helps women<br />
achieve their goals and pursuit their dreams.<br />
Marta loves vegetarian cooking and traveling.<br />
DIaNa EVa LEBIEckI<br />
Diana is very active in both Polish and Non-Polish events<br />
in Chicago, and is currently working on earning her MBA at<br />
Kellogg @ Northwestern. She enjoys meeting new people,<br />
volunteering and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.<br />
Diana is also on the Junior Board of the Gift From the Heart<br />
Foundation (Dar Serca).<br />
IWONA BOŻEK<br />
Iwona is Head Librarian and Special Collections Curator at<br />
The Polish Museum of America and oversees the library circulation<br />
and archival collections. Iwona is also responsible<br />
for the museum’s music, Polonica, and rare book collections.<br />
She loves nature and music. History is her passion.<br />
cHrIsTIaN DaVIs<br />
Christian is a UIC Honors College graduate, having graduated<br />
with the highest distinction in English and Rhetorical<br />
Studies. Christian has studied international journalism in<br />
Prague and is currently working on a novel. In his free time,<br />
he enjoys playing guitar and producing music.<br />
saraH BakEr<br />
Sarah is a certified, plant-based nutrition and holistic<br />
health coach, and creator of the women's wellness brand,<br />
BalancedBabe.com. Since her own holistic awakening, Sarah<br />
built the Balanced Babe brand to encourage women to<br />
be better aware of how to reach an approachable wellness<br />
lifestyle. Sarah’s cultural roots are diverse, and include a mix<br />
of Hungarian, Dutch and German.<br />
