Paul Babcock, ‘15, editor-in-chief of the IICLR. “We were able to highlight<br />
the important international and comparative legal research and<br />
legal practice being done by McKinney scholars, and the role the law<br />
review plays in publishing that work.”<br />
Several past members of the IICLR attended the symposium<br />
as well as the anniversary dinner. Babcock said, “This event celebrates<br />
the hard work our current law review members, as well<br />
as those of the past twenty-five years have put into each volume.<br />
This event will set the stage for the next twenty-five years with the<br />
changing nature of the legal profession and the increasing importance<br />
of international legal work.”<br />
Laura Walker, ‘15 was the symposium editor. She also served as<br />
President of the Student Bar Association in 2014-2015. ❖<br />
