CONCERNANT une modification au décret relatif
aux salariés de garages dans le cité de Granby
et un rayon de dix (10) milles de ses limites.
ATTENDU QUE, conformément aux dispositions
de la Loi de la convention collective (Statuts
refondus de Québec, 1941, chapitre 163 et amendements),
le Ministre du Travail a donné avis de
son intention de soumettre à l'appréciation et à
la décision du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil
une modification au décret numéro 701 du 8
avril 1964, relatif aux salariés de garages dans
la cité de Granby et un rayon de dix (10) milles
de ses limites;
ATTENDU QUE ledit avis a été publié dans la
Gazette officielle de Québec, édition du 26 juin 1965;
ATTENDU Qu'aucune objection n'a été formulée
contre l'approbation de la modification
proposée;
Il EST ORDONNÉ, en conséquence, sur la proposition
de l'honorable Ministre du Travail:
QUE ledit décret, numéro 701, soit modifié
comme suit:
Le paragraphe suivant est ajouté à l'article III:
« Tout apprenti qui a fréquenté une école visée
par la Loi de l'Enseignement spécialisé ou qui a
acquis de l'expérience ailleurs, doit recevoir un
crédit proportionné à la durée de ses études et
aux résultats de ses examens. »

CONCERNING an amendment to the decree respecting
Garage employees in the city of Granby
and a radius of ten (10) miles of its limits.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the
Collective Agreement Act (Revised Statutes of
Quebec 1941, chapter 163 and amendment.-. .
the Minister of Labour gave notice of his intention
of submitting and amendment to decree
number 701 of April 8, 1964 (Garage employerin
the city of Granby and a radius of ten (10)
miles of its limits) to the consideration and decision
of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council:
WHEREAS the said notice was published m
the Quebec Official Gazette of June 26, 1965;
WHEREAS no objection was raised against the
approval of the proposed amendment;
IT IS ORDAINED therefore, upon the recoin
mendation of the Honourable Minister of Lavour:
THAT the said decree number 701 be amende'I
as follows:

"Every apprentice who has attended a school
governed by the Specialized Schools Act, or who
has acquired experience elsewhere, must receive
a credit proportionate to the duration of his
studies and the results of his examinations."

convention collective de travail relative à
l'industrie du meuble dans la province de Québec,
rendue obligatoire par le décret numéro 505 du
7 mai 1952 et amendements, ont présenté au
Ministre du Travail une requête à l'effet de
