National Forum meeting.<br />
Giving voice to colleagues at the highest level, the National Forum<br />
is a crucial part of Boots life. Its actions make Boots a better place to<br />
work, and using colleague insight makes the company more agile<br />
and customer-focused too. Every quarter, the National Forum meets<br />
to discuss three key areas: our customers, our people and our<br />
business. The outcome is presented to our Executive Leadership<br />
team with a view to action and resolution.<br />

what people are telling you – if they’ve taken the time to<br />
approach you with something, whether good or bad, they<br />
deserve your full attention.<br />
“Being a Forum member has helped me to understand<br />
