The Story
Many years ago during an archaeological dig in a mountainous region somewhere in the middle
east (no-one knows exactly where ) a pair of carved wooden wings attached to a wooden base with
a hole in the middle was discovered. Local legend held that it had once belonged to Joseph of Arimathea
but nothing of its origins could be discovered. The „Wood Angel“ artefact (as it came to be
known) was taken to a local museum and then simply disappeared.
Only in 2012 did the „Wood Angel“ reappear when it was stumbled upon by the South African archaeologist
Noid du Buleaux in an attic that contained the archives of his great grandfather, the
visionary inventor and historian, Balthazar du Buleaux. The most curious discovery was, however,
that the hole in the base of the „Wood Angel“ was fitted with a plug that miraculously slotted into an
iPhone . . . Did Balthazar, or even someone before him, have a vision of the future and build the first
iPhone docking station ?
Whatever the facts, the „Wood Angel“ seemed to emanate a mysterious power that was felt by all
who came into contact with it . . . and thanks to Noid du Buleaux who took it upon himself to re-create
this ancient and beautiful „Wood Angel“, you too can now tap into the mystical energy that makes
this the perfect guardian for your iPhone . . .
