National Night Out was observed in the<br />
communities of Bangor <strong>and</strong> Roseto on Tuesday,<br />
<strong>August</strong> 4th. National Night Out is observed<br />
annually on the first Tuesday in <strong>August</strong> in towns<br />
across the nation. It is an annual event that<br />
brings communities together <strong>and</strong> gives residents<br />
the opportunity to meet their neighbors, police,<br />
fire fighters, <strong>and</strong> town Block Watch, Mayors <strong>and</strong><br />
others who help to promote positivity in their<br />
communities. It brings people together <strong>and</strong> makes<br />
neighborhoods a safer, better place to live.<br />

Headliners performed at the Wind Gap Park Board Summer Sounds Concert Series held on<br />
Sunday, <strong>August</strong> 2nd, at the Wind Gap Park. Other concerts in the series include Daisy Jug<br />
B<strong>and</strong> on <strong>August</strong> 16th <strong>and</strong> Steel Creek B<strong>and</strong> on <strong>August</strong> 30th all concerts begin at 6:00 PM<br />
